note that Summer 2009 is the last semester that UH
will offer sections through tape purchase, and many
of these courses are also available on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/uhouston)
for your viewing.

If you are viewing the YouTube courses, you must
also be enrolled in the Internet section of
the course.

the same quality as the DVDs.

changed this semester. DVDs reflect the previous course
numbers but are the correct materials.
Orders
and Shipping...
Allow three business days to process the order.
Orders will be ready to ship within 3 business days after
receipt of order. We ship Monday thru Friday. Cut-off time
for UPS is 2 o'clock each day. Orders received after 2 o'clock,
will be processed the following business day.
Overnight
shipping DOES NOT GUARANTEE that the order will
ship the day you place your order. The shipping method
you choose is how your order will be shipped when it leaves
our dock. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your
order to ship.
Check
Your Order...
Before
you finalize your order, please make sure that it
is the course you need. Some courses have the same course
number such as COMM 1302 and are only differentiated
by the instructor's name so please check your order before
submitting payment.
RETURNS...
All returns for the Spring Semester
must be postmarked no later than June 6, 2009. Be
sure to ship your return via UPS, Fed Ex, Parcel Post,
or some way where you have a tracking number. ECI
cannot issue credit if we do not receive the course
back. ECI is not responsible for returns lost in the
mail. Keep your tracking number until a refund has
been issued. |
